Malton
Our head office is based in Malton, North Yorkshire and employs around 1,100 employees.
Malton slaughters, butchers, cures, processes and packs and offers a range of products from fresh cuts of pork to cured gammons. Malton is one of the few pig processing plants that can export
to both America and China and carries the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) license.
Scunthorpe
Scunthorpe is a dedicated bacon and gammon slicing facility which operates using state of
the art machinery with the capacity to slice 900 tonnes of bacon per week.
FJG Logistics Ltd
FJG Logistics is a leading warehousing and distribution specialist. The site in Scunthorpe has 100,000sq ft of modern, environmentally friendly storage equipped with the latest racking and stock accounting software systems.
Haverhill
Haverhill is based in Suffolk and is a well-established cooked meats manufacturer. We
supply a wide range of cured and uncured production in a variety of formats. With a focus
on traditional cures, we pride ourselves on our range of premium Wiltshire hams.
Hull
The Hull factory produces fresh & frozen sausages, burgers, pigs in blankets, stuffing balls and other value added sausage meat products. The site processes pork, chicken and beef products and makes products to Red Tractor and Freedom Foods certification.
Brydock
At Karro, we breed our own pigs from our farms in Brydock, Scotland as well as sourcing animals local to our operations. At Brydock we have 28,000 sows and produce 14,000 of our own high welfare pigs. The welfare of our animals is of the highest priority at the farms and across our business. Pigs under the Brydock Farms brand are raised without the use of antibiotics, we are industry leading in the reduction of antibiotic usage across our supply chain.
Cookstown
Cookstown is the largest single pig processing plant in the UK and Ireland with 1.3 million
pigs processed annually. As well as domestic markets, Cookstown exports to international markets
throughout Europe, Asia, USA and Africa. Our Cookstown site is one of largest employers in the Mid-Ulster area and is a major supporter of Northern Irish agriculture.

FJG Logistics Ltd

TS Bloors
The Bloor family has been producing high quality hams in Leicestershire since the early 1900’s. From humble beginning producing pies, cooked meats and sausages made from a few allotment pigs, Bloors now have a state-of-the-art factory which is Charter Ham and BRC approved.

Stirchley Bacon

Stirchley Bacon was founded in 1982 and has established itself as a thriving bacon supplier throughout the UK, Europe and the Caribbean. Based in the Midlands, Stirchley Bacon operates from a 20,000 square foot BRC accredited and Red Tractor approved site.
Callan Bacon
Established in 1924 Callan Bacon is a leading bacon and pork processing company based in the Southeast of Ireland, supplying to the retail, foodservice and manufacturing sectors. The site is 57,000 sq.ft custom built facility and operates full HACCP system and is accredited by Bord Bia PQAS and by BRC at higher level.
